Some Helpful Tips

Automatic Filtering Frequency:
If you expect to receive more than 20 spams per hour, you should set Spamoo to filter your mailbox more frequently. We all know build-ups are not good in any situation.

Spam Report Frequency:
If you expect to receive many spams, you should increase the frequency of the Spam Report. From experience, it is easier to skim through 10-20 email lists at a time, than 100 lists in one email.

Spam Filters:
The Standard Filter should always be turned on because it usually filters out 90% of the spam emails. This should only be turned off if you keep getting false positives.

If you are getting too many false positives from the Standard Filter, maybe you're receiving a lot of emails simliar to spammers' style. This is not your fault, just a trade-off for the centralised filter. You can easily whitelist key words in your own User-Defined Filter.

On the other hand, if you find the Standard Filter and User-Defined Filter are not working for you, you should consider activating the Moderator Filter.

Moderator Filter is the most up-to-date filter because moderators are constantly reading spams and add key words into this filter.
